Finca Deborah has been a cornerstone of our work with Jamison Savage, and Horizon shows the precision that defines his approach. This coffee begins with a guided fermentation, then is brought back through a washed finish, creating a balance between depth and clarity. It reflects years of iteration and trust, where process is not pushed for the sake of it, but carefully shaped to highlight the coffee itself. Horizon is a study in restraint and direction, built through one of the most respected producers working today.
