> A well-balanced, medium-bodied Nicaraguan, with soft acidity and a gentle, nutty finish. Please note each box contains 6x 2.5g sachets. Las Nubes, meaning “the clouds” in Spanish, reflects the misty rainforest and high-altitude environment where this blend of Caturra, Catuai and Catimor varietals was grown. The Caravela Coffee group behind this coffee has been instrumental in transforming coffee production in the Jinotega region, offering structured training in honey and natural processing. We are pleased to report that their hard work has paid off. This is our second year featuring this coffee—first in beans, now in instant, and it continues to impress. We look forward to further collaborations with Caravela this year.
