Indonesia Frinsa Manis Natural Filter - Single Origin. Wildan Mustofa and his wife, Atieq Mustikaningtyas, launched their first coffee project in Sindangkerta’s Weninggalih area in 2010, later evolving it into Java Frinsa Estate. Their dedication to quality distinguished them early on; pioneering fully washed coffees while most Indonesian producers continued with wet-hulled methods. The name “Frinsa” draws from their children’s initials: Fikri, Rifda, Nadia, and Salsa—reflected in the logo’s four coffee cherries and leaves. “Manis,” meaning “sweet” in Bahasa, representing something universally cherished. This is a natural processed lot; cherries received are first washed with floaters and removed, then whole cherries are dried on a tarpaulin in the drying yard. A classic natural full of ripe fruit and layers of chocolate sweetness. PROCESS: NATURAL REGION: WEST JAVA ELEVATION: 1300 - 1700 VARIETAL: MIXED, MOSTLY SIGARARUTANG ROAST: FILTER
