> Select roast profile (Drip or Espresso) based on your brew method. The Sholi Cooperative is located in the Muhanga district of the Southern Province of Rwanda, about halfway between Kigali and Lake Kivu. Born out of a women's association called Kundwa ("love") in 2008, the group maintains a focus on investing in long-term coffee quality through consistent infrastructure development and access initiatives, as well as service to their community through various health and wellness programs. Sholi’s consistently high-scoring lots show a meticulous dedication to their craft at every stage, from cherry selection to processing to storage. This year's offering is a blend of washed and natural process lots that combine for a complex yet balanced profile. In the cup, look for notes of citrus, custard, & toffee.
