Ce que dit la marque
We’re thrilled to introduce our new house filter, sourced from a unique and underrepresented origin. Hailing from Mbala in northern Zambia, Mount Sunzu Coffee sits on a 780-hectare estate with agricultural roots dating back to 1890. Once a mid-1900s coffee farm, the land has been revitalised with solar powered irrigation, soil restoration, and 600 hectares of reforested Miombo forest. Today, 115 hectares are dedicated to coffee cultivation, supported by a washing station, dry mill, raised drying beds, and beekeeping to promote biodiversity. Guided by climate smart and community focused practices, Mount Sunzu employs over 120 full-time and 120 seasonal workers, offering fair wages and benefits, while investing in local infrastructure, renewable energy, and environmental restoration.
