> A classic Rwandan coffee — juicy, complex, and bright. Beautiful as an espresso or filter brew. We taste: Raspberry, Lemonade, Black Tea Region: Nyamasheke District, Western Province, Rwanda Altitude: 1,600 – 1,850 m.a.s.l Varieties: Red Bourbon Processing: Washed Grown by over 1,000 smallholder farmers on rich volcanic soils in Rwanda's Western Province, this coffee is processed at the Karengera washing station in Kirimbi, Nyamasheke District. The region's high altitude and fertile soils are ideal for producing the clean, fruit-forward profiles Rwanda is celebrated for. Cherries are hand-sorted and pulped within hours of harvest, before being fermented, washed, and sun-dried on raised beds for 12–14 days. Multiple stages of sorting and density separation ensure a consistently clean and high-quality cup.
