> A composition of sweet milk chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. Dark roasted, e.g. for portafilter machines. Deeply roasted—ideal for portafilters—this coffee unfolds a gentle aroma of sweet milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut. The 100% Arabica beans (Típica, Colombia, Castillo) are hand-roasted in small batches—no more than four weeks before shipping. Processing: washed. This single-origin coffee comes from the Red Ecolsierra cooperative in Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta—one of the most biodiverse highland regions in the world. Grown there at 1,100–1,400 meters, the beans are hand-harvested, organically cultivated, and fairly traded. As a true specialty coffee, it's not only exceptional in taste but also socially valuable: organic, Fairtrade certified, and proudly co-owned by the farmer.
