The 100% Arabica beans of the Colombia and Castilla varieties are gently hand-roasted in small batches—no more than four weeks before shipping. Processing: washed. This specialty coffee comes from Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta—one of the most biodiverse highland regions in the world. It grows at Finca Diamante at an elevation of 1,105 meters under ideal conditions, is hand-harvested, and produced organically and fairly. Certified organic and Fairtrade, proudly co-owned by the farmer—for sustainable coffee enjoyment with real impact.
