Fazenda Palto Azul is owned by Elio Carneiro and it has a total area of more than 7,000 acres but the vast majority is protected forest with less than 2,400 acres cultivated with coffee. Fazenda Palto Azul uses a rain catchment system and drip irrigation lines to deliver carefully measured moisture and nutrients to the coffee plants. During the harvest the estate employs more than 150 people. Roast Master Choice allows you to enjoy the 12oz bag you’ve chosen, along with a well paired half pound of another of Catahoula’s freshly roasted coffee picked by our Roast Master. (Add $8)
