This lot from FINCA INTAWATANA is a result of that perfect blend of location, careful processing at elevation, at almost 2000 meters above sea level, and a visionary approach. Ernesto Nina and his family apply a double fermentation process to to this 100% Bourbon to build depth in the cup. This lot has truly been shaped by hands-on work, from picking through to drying. In 2016, Cofinet began a relationship with Leonid. Leonid is grateful for the guidance Cofinet has provided in the production of Specialty Coffee.
