However, the discovery of the CASCAVEL VERMELHA coffee about four years ago has been a remarkable development. This variety appears to overcome many of the traditional challenges associated with Brazilian coffee, offering impressive stability, full-bodied flavor, and excellent value for money. As a result, it has become a standout choice among Brazil’s specialty coffees. Cascavel Vermelha is available as a stand-alone coffee under the name Brazil IAN, sold both as whole beans and in (Nespresso-compatible) capsules.
