> Se stai cercando un caffè con note che richiamano il colore viola e soprattutto i frutti viola, eccolo qua! Fragola matura e mirtillo sono i protagonisti dei nostri flavor. Un caffè bilanciato dal punto di vista gustativo tra acidità e dolcezza, con un finale sorprendente: un bouquet floreale incredibile, che dona eleganza e pulizia in bocca. Capita spesso di avere voglia di coccole al mattino: questo caffè è la giusta soluzione per chi cerca un’Etiopia bilanciata e delicata, senza troppa acidità in tazza. Indicata soprattutto l’estrazione moka. In bocca presenta una media corposità e un mouthfeel sciropposo e succoso. Anche con bevande al latte o vegetali, le sue note si fanno sentire chiaramente. Per chi ama una persistenza corta come me, questo caffè è davvero il top, perché ti porta a berne sempre di più… e non smetteresti mai. Una vera “DROGA” che crea dipendenza!
