Ce que dit la marque
**MEET THE PRODUCERS |**Our friends at Azahar Sources commissioned this gorgeous ensemble of five lots from five coffee producers in the idyllic municipality of Chachagüi, in Nariño: Ruby Alida Paguatian, José Ernesto Burbano, Juan Francisco Ortiz Sepúlveda, Yermy Pedraza, and Jorge Erazo. The resultant blend is a celebration of each producer's ingenuity and innovation - a goal which is shared and showcased in each of blends coming out of our own roastery. TRUST THE PROCESS | After being handpicked at peak ripeness, the coffee cherries in each of the five lots underwent a 24-hour period of dry fermentation before being rinsed and then dried. Each producer utilized his or her own proprietary drying method to individualize flavor profile and complement variety characteristics. TAKE A SIP | Fruity and sweet, this coffee reminds us of a few of our most nostalgic holiday treats: chocolate-covered cherries, and chocolate oranges. There's plenty of fruit on the palette to let you know these coffees were naturally processed (think red cherry, dried mango, and navel orange). But, the blend is also silky and sweet, like milk chocolate - giving you all the fun of a natural without scaring some away with the funk. ___________________________________________________________________________ **Origin |**Chachagüi, Nariño, Colombia **Producers |**Ruby Alida Paguatian, José Ernesto Burbano, Juan Francisco Ortiz Sepúlveda, Yermy Pedraza, and Jorge Erazo Process | Natural Variety | Castillo, Colombia, Caturra, Typica Elevation | 1850-2000 masl**MEET THE PRODUCERS |**Our friends at Azahar Sources commissioned this gorgeous ensemble of five lots from five coffee producers in the idyllic municipality of Chachagüi, in Nariño: Ruby Alida Paguatian, José Ernesto Burbano, Juan Francisco Ortiz Sepúlveda, Yermy Pedraza, and Jorge Erazo.
