Ce que dit la marque

Description An organic single origin coffee from Honduras, it's lightly roasted to let the coffee do the talking. In the cup, you'll find notes of black tea, grapefruit and lime, with a lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. The coffee is grown by Renan Barjudo at Entre Robles, meaning "between oaks". Sitting on rich volcanic soils beneath a canopy of shade trees, the farm focuses on producing exceptional coffee while caring for the land it grows on. Only ripe cherries are hand-picked before being processed at the local cooperative, creating a bright and vibrant washed coffee. The farm also puts coffee waste to good use, turning pulp into organic fertiliser and using it to help protect coffee plants from Roya leaf rust. When we were chatting about Silver Street's return, Ted, our Head of Coffee, didn't hesitate when it came to brewing. While plenty of people enjoy it as a filter coffee, he'd be reaching for the espresso machine. A bright, organic Honduras coffee that's back for a limited time and every bit as good as we remembered.
