Ce que dit la marque

Lilac aroma with sweet, silky Oolong tea character and flavors including Muscat grape, jasmine, lychee, apricot, wheat toast and roasted nut. Remarkably akin to sipping a bottled Japanese tea.

This knock-out of a washed Ethiopian coffee is produced by the cooperative group of smallholder farmers at the Rogicha Washing Station within the Rogicha Kebele of Guji in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Their rich tradition at their cooperative for ripe cherry harvesting combined with new processing equipment at their wet mill has rendered this stellar cup.

After repose, this coffee is sealed in Grain-Pro barrier packaging at origin and then sent on its way to our Roastery where we preserve the green coffee under hermetic seal until it is roasted as part of ourBarrington Green Seal Program© (http://www.barringtoncoffee.com/how-we-do-it/provenance-specific-coffee-preservation).
