Ce que dit la marque

Maraschino cherry, molasses, strawberry, caramelized fig, blond tobacco, malt.

This coffee is well suited for just about any brewing method, from Turkish to Bodum Press (https://barringtoncoffee.com/shop/34-oz-bodum-shin-bistro-french-press/) and everything in between. That said, our primary intention with the (413) is to let it shine through the espresso machine. As an espresso it offers a focused and clean, yet supple, profile. It is a real contrast to our flagship espresso, the Gold (https://barringtoncoffee.com/shop/gold/), which is much heavier overall.

We refer to the (413) as a new school American espresso . Each of the components in this blend are processed using the washed method. Each component is an amazing single origin coffee in its own right. The criteria in our selection process contributes to a vibrant, clean cup. Though we are careful about disclosing the components of this proprietary blend, each component of this blend comes from one of our long term BCRC Farm Direct Projects (https://barringtoncoffee.com/how-we-do-it/coffee-sourcing/) .

Wherever you are, whatever method you choose, the (413) will not let you down.

After repose, we seal components of the (413) in Grain-Pro barrier packaging before they make their way to our Roastery where we preserve the green coffee under hermetic seal until it is roasted as part of ourBarrington Green Seal Program™ (https://barringtoncoffee.com/how-we-do-it/provenance-specific-coffee-preservation) .
