Introducing Ethiopia Mirado, a naturally processed Single Origin coffee grown, produced and exported through Daye Bensa Coffee — one of the major coffee exporting companies working in Ethiopia today.

The Sidama region of Ethiopia is well known and praised for it’s coffee production due to favourable environmental factors, and this Mirado lot has benefited greatly from such conditions.

As a naturally processed coffee, this coffee brings something a little different compared with washed coffees from the same origin. Jammy sweetness also brings a fruity character, and p paired with milk, it leans into a peaches and cream-like texture that perfectly highlights this coffee’s fruity elements.
