Ce que dit la marque

The Peru Las Damas de San Ignacio, or "The Ladies of San Ignacio," is a fair trade certified co-op in Cajamarca, Peru. Fully women owned and operated since its founding in 1969, the focus of COOPAFSI (Cooperative Agraria “Frontera San Ignacio” Ltd) has been to promote gender equality in the coffee growing sphere, cultivate a delicious and consistent product in a sustainable manner, and invest in the women of their community. This version of the Peru is medium all around: Viennese (medium) roasted, medium bodied, and medium in its acidity. Expect the same great notes of orange, caramel, and brown sugar that you get from the light roast, but with a bit more backbone and slightly smoother finish.
