Done to a full city (light) roast to best showcase the bean's natural flavor, the Haitian Blue makes for a well-balanced cup with mellow, medium acidity, a buttery mouthfeel and notes of roasted almonds. Expect a medium body and smooth, creamy finish. Delicious!
