Ce que dit la marque

Apolo is an indigenous region of Northern Bolivia. This community, made up of 90% female farmers, were faced with a problem: their coca plants were taking all of the nutrients out of their soil, rendering it more and more impossible to grow other crops. The solution they turned to was to begin growing coffee instead! They began working with the Wildlife Conservation Society and Cafe Kreyol in order to create a model of ecological preservation, and economic sustainable income, and they have already seen a significant amount of regeneration in the last five years. According to our friends at Cafe Kreyol, Bolivian coffee from this region "is quickly taking it’s place as one of the top coffees of Bolivia." Full City (light) roasted and light****bodied with low acidity. Expect notes of caramel and chocolate and a deliciously creamy finish.
