> Grown by Allan Melgar at Finca Las Flores in Santa Rosa, Guatemala, this exceptional lot showcases the remarkable character of the Pache San Ramón variety. Cultivated at 1,850 metres above sea level and naturally processed, it is a coffee defined by its vibrant fruit, floral complexity, and exceptional sweetness. The cup opens with expressive aromas of ripe berries and delicate florals, followed by vibrant notes of grape, raspberry, and pink lemonade. A syrupy body and candy-like sweetness evoke hints of pink Jolly Rancher, while a long, elegant finish lingers with the juicy character of fresh red fruit and a subtle rosé-like brightness. Bright yet balanced, this is a coffee that rewards slow appreciation, revealing new layers with every sip.
