A fusion of two of our favourite Central American varieties – a fair trade organic variety from Mexico and an organic variety from Honduras. This is an easy drinking, clean tasting, medium-light roast with a good compromise between body and brightness. The dominant flavours are milk chocolate, ripe, sweet fruit, citrus and green tea.
