Ce que dit la marque
A natural Colombian Pacamara with notes of ume, raspberry, and Earl Grey. Elegant, complex and crafted for exceptional filter brews. This natural Pacamara reflects both tradition and progression: complex, elegant and meticulously processed. With only 9 hectares of coffee growing 13 varietals at Finca Patio Bonito, each lot is carefully cultivated, and this one is no exception. Roasted for filter, we've crafted this coffee with slower, gentler brewing methods in mind including pour-over, batch brew, and AeroPress. We typically roast our filter coffees lighter, focusing on preserving bright acidity, vibrant aromatics, and delicate sweetness. With this single Origin you’ll taste more fruit, florals, and complexity, with a lighter body compared to our espresso roast. If you love tasting the full spectrum of flavours in your cup, filter roasts are for you.A natural Colombian Pacamara with notes of ume, raspberry, and Earl Grey.
