The Hafi processing station brings cherry collection closer to approximately 2,000 smallholder farmers, allowing freshly harvested fruit to reach processing more quickly. Naturally processed at 1,715 metres above sea level, the coffee develops concentrated fruit sweetness and a smooth, rounded body.
