Sugary sweet, syrupy & creamy body, with a lingering floral finish, this makes for a perfect single origin Espresso selection. 2. Colombia El Recuerdo Filter: While we love to promote El Recuerdo's Pink Bourbons, we recently purchased a beautiful washed Caturra lot from Carlos, that was so outstanding we choose it as our 20th Anniversary Filter offering. It is further proof that Carlos produces excellence across the board. In the cup this washed lot has notes of peach candy, other yellow stone fruits, good viscosity, and florals and berries on the finish.
