> Der Shantawene Anaerobic ist ein extrem komplexer Kaffee: das reiche und intensive Geschmacksprofil ist der ausgedehnten Fermentation zuzuschreiben, denn die Kirschen werden komplett fermentiert, dies erhöht den Fruchtzuckergehalt bei der Prozessierung, sodass die Bohnen später das komplexe, süße und spannende Profil ausbilden: Wir schmecken die Süße von Karamell, tropische Säuren und ein reiches intensives Mundgefühl. Den Abgang beschreiben unsere Röster als tropisch-komplex. Diese drei Noten bekommst du: Mango, Blaubeere und Erdbeere.
