This Pink Bourbon is part of his Tropicalia profile: a natural process with dual fermentation — first in cherry, then after pulping — and enhanced with yeast to boost flavor absorption. The result is a wild, juicy, and structured cup bursting with tropical clarity. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect sweet watermelon, grenadine, and white tea, with a crisp finish reminiscent of watermelon rind.
