This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown on the cool, volcanic slopes of Kirinyaga and processed with extraordinary care at the Karumandi Factory. After pulping and density-sorting, cherries undergo a slow, shade-covered fermentation and a meticulous double soak, a hallmark of Kenyan excellence, before drying on raised beds for up to three weeks. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect purple fruits, plum, raisins, caramel and a lot of juicyness. A lively start to East Africa’s season, bright, structured, and full of promise.
