Lo que dice la marca

If you're after something a little different from your espresso, our new Ethiopian is a must try. This is an heirloom coffee from Buku Abel in the Guji region of Ethiopia. Heirloom coffees come from long established plantations that are known for the rich and complex coffees they produce. The word Diima means red locally and refers to its floral and fruit forward flavour profile. Thanks to both it's provenance and the natural fermentation process used after the cherries have been picked, our Diima Buku Abel is just bursting with lush, ripe fruit flavours. You can expect vibrant blueberries, nectarines and violet at the fore. Picked by our head roaster Jess, this is a stunner. COFFEE INFO Roasted for: Espresso machines and Moka pots Taste notes: Blueberry, Violet & Nectarine Producer: Buku Abel Varietals: Heirloom Process: Natural MASL: 2,000 (Metres Above Sea Level)
