The group has been so successful that its size has grown to more than 40 producers who now produce 220 metric tons of high-quality coffee a year. The Kurume variety is well-known amongst coffee farmers in Gedeo and is prized for its exceptional cup quality. This lot was made especially for Proud Mary and processed via the anaerobic natural method creating a very tropical and syrupy coffee.
