Lo que dice la marca

Sweet and soft tea-like cup with notes of black tea, stone fruits, elderflowers and honey from Garse washing station, managed by Dukale Wakayo Dakola (DWD) coffee.

Filter coffee: Sweet and soft, syrupy elderflower-like florals, honey and lingering apricot and peach

Espresso: Aromatic and velvety with wild honey and apricot-jam

Cappuccino/Flat white: Sweet and delightful with lingering apricot jam after taste

The Producer: Garse village, where this coffee is grown, sits at an altitude of around 2000 meters above sea level in the famous specialty coffee region of Yirgacheffe. DWD's Garse station buys the coffee in cherry from the local small-holder farmers and processes it at their station.

DWD is a family-owned coffee company established over 30 years ago by Ato Dukale. He built his first washing station in Daye Bensa, which he called "Awraja and his family" after the name of the department where he grew up and his nickname when he was a renowned volleyball player: Awraja. Nowadays, Dukale Wakayo Dakola (DWD), has 16 collection centres in the Sidama and Yirgacheffe regions. Ato Dukale's sons, Assafa, Shahsamo and Yamrot, are continuing their fathers business along with their father and putting all their energy into producing quality coffees. This natural coffee is the result of the work of 110 farmers, whom DWD helps to improve the quality of their coffees year after year.
