Since then Roger has become a consistent presence on our single origin menu, supplying us with delicious washed and natural process coffees alike. Las Flores is one of three farms that Roger inherited from his father, occupying about 2.5 hectares at 1,500 meters of elevation in Marcala, Honduras.
