Know where your coffee comes from Coffee is a seasonal product, this is why we have a blend that follows the harvest season at the origin. Depending on the coffee beans we have arriving in Belgium we create a unique blend. With this blend we aim for the more adventurous espresso lovers, who are not afraid of some crispy acidity in their cup.
How it’s roasted
Blending these coffees with the aim to highlight seasonality in coffee production was as joyous as this blend tastes. High density African coffees in dominance means more room to create sweetness to give a better structure to the final cup resulting a harmonious blend.
