> Gotiti is produced by 868 smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s Gedeb woreda, where coffee is grown beneath acacia and false banana trees in the cool, forested highlands of Yirgacheffe. Delivered by foot or mule to the local washing station, each lot is carefully separated, washed, fermented, and dried to preserve clarity and traceability.
