Lo que dice la marca
Founded in 1997, Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society has grown to support more than 8,000 smallholder producers across Kirinyaga County. Members deliver ripe cherries to one of three factories, where they are carefully sorted, pulped and fermented overnight. The coffee is then washed and dried on raised beds for 8–14 days. Rungeto’s work also supports the wider farming community. Through agronomy training, access to farm inputs, school-fee pre-financing and emergency assistance, the cooperative invests in both the quality of its coffee and the people behind it.Founded in 1997, Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society has grown to support more than 8,000 smallholder producers across Kirinyaga County.
