Lo que dice la marca

Flash back to 2011, and we’re pouring coffees in a dark corner of an evening farmer’s market in Kansas City. We’ve got our secret weapon with us… some fresh natural process Ethiopian coffee. When sourced well and roasted just right these coffees explode with berry flavor and natural sweetness. We often found that after sampling a coffee like this, people have their minds opened to what black coffee can be… an exciting and complex beverage all on it’s own. And because Ethiopia has two harvests each year we’re able to get these lots fresh year-round. We’ve decided that instead of focusing on the particular lot that is being roasted (and using that information as marketing tools – which has its own problematic use of farmer/cooperative identity without their benefit) we’ll commit to always offering a fresh, delicious and vibrant lot of natural process coffee from Ethiopia that you can be sure will freak out your morning cup. Cheers!
