Lo que dice la marca
FANCY RARITIES A rare, naturally low in caffeine Aramosa from our longtime friends at Daterra, brought to life with a fruit-forward anaerobic natural process. For every bag of Daterra coffee sold, we contribute part of the proceeds to Daterra’s sustainability project, Tree_llion. • Process: Anaerobic Natural • Variety: Aramosa • Origin: Brazil • Tasting Notes: Grape, Strawberry, Chocolate Daterra has been pushing Brazilian specialty coffee forward since the 1980s, with innovation and sustainability built into their process from the beginning. Their farmland in the Cerrado region is divided into 216 smaller farms, allowing each area to be monitored and harvested according to its own growing conditions. Over the years, that attention to detail has made Daterra a leader in both coffee quality and more sustainable farming. That commitment extends well beyond the coffee itself: Daterra was the first coffee farm in Brazil to earn Rainforest Alliance certification, and today operates as a carbon-negative farm. We also proudly partner with Daterra through their Tree_llion project, which supports large-scale reforestation. For every bag of Daterra coffee we sell, Monogram contributes a portion of the proceeds to the initiative. This coffee is especially fun: Aramosa is a naturally low-caffeine hybrid of Arabica and Racemosa, combining a rare variety with Daterra’s love of experimentation. The whole cherries spend 72 hours fermenting anaerobically alongside native Brazilian yeast before drying on raised patio beds. This extended fermentation brings forward the coffee’s juicy, fruit-driven character, while balancing plenty of sweetness and depth.FANCY RARITIES A rare, naturally low in caffeine Aramosa from our longtime friends at Daterra, brought to life with a fruit-forward anaerobic natural process.
