Lo que dice la marca
Fruity Classics A bright, beautifully balanced washed coffee from Priscilla Gonzalez and her family’s five-generation farm, Bambito Estate, in Panama. • Process: Washed • Variety: Caturra, Catuai • Origin: Panama • Tasting Notes: Orange, Cane Sugar, Red Apple Want this for espresso? For five generations, the Gonzalez family has grown coffee at Bambito Estate in the mountains of Volcán, Panama. Today, Priscilla Gonzalez leads the farm, continuing her family’s deep connection to the land while constantly looking for ways to improve quality. This is our sixth year purchasing coffee from Priscilla, and Bambito has become a relationship we look forward to returning to each harvest. Bambito’s landscape plays an important role in the coffees grown there. Abundant shade trees and varied topography create cooler growing conditions across the farm, while Priscilla and her team continue to refine their processing and drying practices year after year. That attention to detail has earned Bambito recognition at the Best of Panama competition, and it extends beyond coffee to the care they put into their land, team, and surrounding community. This lot blends Catuai and Caturra, two varieties that feel right at home in a clean, classic washed process. It brews into a bright, sweet, and wonderfully easy-drinking cup, with crisp fruit character and a smooth, lingering sweetness.Fruity Classics A bright, beautifully balanced washed coffee from Priscilla Gonzalez and her family’s five-generation farm, Bambito Estate, in Panama. • Process: Washed • Variety: Caturra, Catuai • Origin: Panama • Tasting Notes: Orange, Cane Sugar, Red Apple Want this for espresso?
