Lo que dice la marca

A very limited lot from coffee producer Eddy Macdonald! This natural Pacamara coffee is harvested at peak maturity and begins drying approximately four hours after harvesting. The first five days of drying take place on a sun patio, where the cherries are turned every hour and exposed to sunlight from 9 AM to 3 PM each day. After this initial period, the cherries are moved to African-style raised beds for an additional 17 days, receiving sunlight from 9 AM to 4 PM, while still being turned every hour. Once drying is complete, the coffee is stored in clean sacks until it reaches our warehouse, and then it is transported to the mill, where the natural coffees are hulled at the dry mill in Fraijanes. This lot boasts tasting notes of green pear, strawberry juice, and oolong tea, with a juicy mouthfeel. It is available only in 125 g, for both filter and espresso!
