Andres Fahsen manages Finca Patzibir, a model organic farm located on the slopes of Lake Atitlán’s breathtaking Volcán Tolimán. Andres has partnered with visionary producer Josue Morales on this project, and the results are spectacular! Patzibir is a Kaqchikel word meaning "where the tzibir tree lives". The terroir at Finca Patzibir is exquisite for its coffee, intercropped trees—like the native patzibir tree—and vegetation.
