> La Primavera ist ein Pink Bourbon, der auf Klarheit und Präzision gebaut ist. Die Verarbeitung ist bewusst zweistufig angelegt: Nach selektiver Ernte werden die Kirschen 24 Stunden anaerob in der Kirsche fermentiert, anschließend entpulpt und weitere 24 Stunden im Tank fermentiert. Danach trocknet der Kaffee 18 Tage unter einer Marquesina. Das Ergebnis ist ein Filterkaffee mit floraler Ruhe, saftiger Struktur und einem sehr sauberen, langen Finish.
