Another offering from El Paraiso. Finca El Paraíso, located in Cauca, Colombia, is a well-known family-run coffee farm led by Diego Bermúdez, Daniel Bermúdez and their family. Founded in 2008, it has become a leader in innovative coffee processing, using proprietary technology, microbiology research, advanced biocatalysis, and its signature “thermal shock” method. A double thermal wash is then applied, starting with immersion in hot water at 48°C and followed by a cold water shock at 4°C to preserve delicate aromatic compounds. Finally, the coffee is dried in a dehumidifier for 30–40 hours to ensure consistent moisture control.” 300g Direct trade with Finca El Paraiso Origin: Cauca, Colombia Producer: Daniel Bermudez Variety: Pink Bourbon Process: Washed Elevation: 1930masl Harvest: 2025 Recommended Brew: Filter Reminds us of: Floral, Raspberry, White Tea, Panela
