A light roast rooted in care, craft, and the joy found in simple moments. THE TASTING PALLETTE Balanced, complex sweetness and vibrant acidity, with notes of ripe peach, lime zest and honey. THE LIGHT ROAST COFFEE BEAN ORIGIN Our “Demitasse” light roast coffee is sourced from in Agaro (Jimma, Oromia) Ethiopia, and carefully washed and dried at the Yukro station, where coffee remains central to local livelihoods and tradition.
