Lo que dice la marca
Expressive fruity notes with high and long lasting sugary sweetness. Great clarity and vibrancy, easily the best decaf we've tried to this date. Works great as espresso, filter or any other method. Decaf coffee produced by Ana Mustafá. Her family owns and operates five coffee farms all together. Mustafá Decaf lot is coming from their farms all based in Pereira, Risaralda. We have been buying from Ana since 2020 and from her LaREB project since 2019. In 2022 we introduced the Decaf for the first time and have been buying it ever since. This coffee is a normal Castillo lot. It is washed and processed as other coffees from Ana would be. After drying it is taken through the Sugarcane Decaffeination process after which the coffee has been dried again. The beans look weird to say the least but the taste is pretty amazing. Normally decaffeination processes can and will decrease the flavour quality of the coffee quite significantly. Ana’s decaf is totally different though. By far the best decaf we've tried. This coffee is from our partner LaREB (La Real Expedición Botánica) who we buy exclusively from in Colombia. All our coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso. Producer: Ana Mustafá Origin: Colombia Region: Pereira, Risaralda Altitude: 1600 Process: Washed, Decaffeinated Variety: Castillo Harvest: 2024 Exporter: LaREB Importer: LaREB Taste: Bright, Lively 250g of whole coffee beans.Expressive fruity notes with high and long lasting sugary sweetness.
