> Apricot nectar, lime & tropical fruits. While many excellent coffees from Ethiopia are from smallholder farmers, Tade GG is owned and run by Tesfaye Bekele – a single owner passionate about mastering his coffee skills. The dramatic landscape here is marked by sharp and rugged hills and valleys with the region’s volcanic soil bursting with nutrients to create a deep red and brown topsoil: perfect conditions to support the vast array of coffee being grown. Travelling extensively through Central and South America, Tesfaye’s passion has resulted in an Ethiopian Cup of Excellence award and we can definitely understand why. The result of this small farmer’s expertise and the natural terroir of this region is a beautiful regional representation from Guji! Expect apricot nectar and lime and tropical fruit flavours, trademark Gugi juiciness.
