Lo que dice la marca
Layered apricot, chocolate & jasmine aromas. At 80 years of age, Sharbo Maro's passion for coffee farming is inspiring generations to follow in his footsteps. Sharbo Maro's farm has been passed down through generations and now he plans to pass it down to his eldest son. Since inheriting the farm, Sharbo Maro has steadily expanded it year after year. In 2023, his coffee farm spanned 7 hectares, while the average for smallholders in Ethiopia is less than a hectare. Before 2015, Sharbo primarily produced natural processed coffees. Since then, he has pivoted to producing 100% fully washed coffees using a small hand coffee pulping machine. As a family, they are currently focused on upgrading their pulping machine, reinvesting coffee profits into equipment, farm maintenance and land procurement.Layered apricot, chocolate & jasmine aromas.
