The ripe cherries from 126 producers in the surrounding municipalities are delivered to La Estrella where they undergo the washed process for a class Nicaraguan coffee profile. The producers are provided with agronomy support and quality is recognised with fixed price premiums, helping the journey towards sustainable futures and a consistent supply of this great coffee for us all to enjoy.
