Coffee is immediately transferred to tanks for an anaerobic fermentation over 84hrs. Then dehydrated on raised beds over three weeks - Cupping Notes: Intense, luscious, zingy and tropical. Mango & musk, cacao & raisin. - Brew Notes: Creamy, candied orange & mango filter. Choc-cherry liqueur shots. Choc cake capps.
