Rich, round, and remarkably sweet! Father-son processing duo, Hendra and Hamdan Maulizar, transform indigenous Tim Tim and Gayo 1 varietals with precision processing. Cherries from 70 farmers across the Panta Musara area are painstakingly sorted to select only the finest fruit. These cherries are then fermented in sealed bags for 48hrs before being shade-dried on raised beds for 20-25 days. Expect a dessert-like cup of choc-covered cherry espressos and plush candy filters.
