WHY THIS COFFEE? This one got us into specialty way back when: a classic Ethiopian coffee with jasmine all throughout, a syrupy body, and peach, apricot fruity notes. Sourced from smallholder farmers near Sidama, it leans floral, fruity, and bright in a classic southern Ethiopian way, with a sweetness and a subtle fruitiness that keeps the cup familiar. We love this coffee and think you will too. It's light at 98 Agtron so let it rest 2 to 3 weeks. We taste: Peach, apricot, unmistakable jasmine. That classic washed Ethiopia. We like it as: A conical brewer with smaller doses (max 15g).
